with Apple Computer and postscript font vendor to promote Desktop

| Iflytek is a hi tech development company in
Chinese Text-to-Speech technology (TTS), application development,
system integration and hardware product sales. She is the only one
TTS researching software entreprise that has been selected [as the
national support scheme 863].(I don't understand what this means.

Iflytek was incorporated in June 1999 with its base at the National Intelligence Computer Research Centre, Anhui China, Science and Technology University Language Lab, Anhui, China. On top of this basis, several corporations, including Legend and Intel invested into Iflytek. Iflytek now has capital of 70 million and a market value of 220 million RMB. In November 2001, Iflytek successfully launched the first Chinese TTS ASIC product. In December 2001, on the basis of its "ADSP" TTS card was widely employed into the products of Intel, Arm and Sunplus.
