Problem :
Under Window XP Service Pack 2, our application < iTalkChinese - ITC > is holding up the keyboard assignment. This problem occurs to the Window XP with SP2 if you use the target feature. In iTalkChinese, you can mouse-on the T icon and move it over another application, ie : Internet explorer, MS word or Wordpad and automatically the selected text shall be copies into iTalkChinese. It is the same as you copy a text in MS Word and paste into iTalkChinese.

If you never use this target feature, WinXP with SP2 would just function nomally with iTalkChinese.

If you come to this problem, just restart the whole window and keyboard return normal.

Bug fix :
1/ Click and download the file.
2/ Unzip this exe file and replace the application < ITC_SC > <ITC_TC> under the folder C/ Program File/GZWYS.
ITC_TC means Big5 code traditional Chinese commonly used in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
ITC_SC means GB code simplified Chinese commonly used in China, Singapore.
